Get ready to continue to Kibo Hut for a night’s stay before summiting the highest peak in Africa, “Uhuru Peak.”
We start our day off course with awaken surise and a healthy breakfast, then follow up with a health chek up then we set out chasing the Kibo hut.
We hike slowly, “serving more energy” for the summit night. On the way, we will account for the stunning view of Mount Kilimanjaro, arrive at Kibo Hut, and get served a bowl of hot water for washing before dinner and sleeping.
The awaiting day! We start our day very early in the morning, around 0030 hours, by getting some hot drinks and snacks ready to slowly push to the summit of Kilimanjaro. We will be rewarded with the sunrise.
Reached the summit of Kilimanjaro, 19,341 feet (5,895 meters). We take a few moments to take pictures and some video messages for our loved ones! Then we head back to the camp for lunch before proceeding to Horombo Hut for celebration and sleeping.
We enjoy our last day on Mount Kilimanjaro with a sunrise breakfast before packing and getting ready to go down the mountain.
We proceed with the hike slowly down, crossing the rainforest, where we will have another chance to spot some wild animals that call the forest home, from stunning baboons to monkeys and other small animals. We arrive at the gate and get our certificate before getting to the car, heading to your comfortable bed at the hotel in Moshi.
Today, after breakfast, you will get ready for the following destination. Optionally visit Moshi for a town tour before heading to the airport or to your safari destinations.
